On a still morning such as this, the beautiful reflection of the mountains, valley & even the flying birds are clearly seen on the lake’s surface & hence its namesake … Mirror Lake!

Mirror Lake was formed by rock & mud slides flowing into the valley from glacial activity. The water is crystal clear & greenish in colour & a high concentration of calcium carbonate is present
